Academy participation is by invitation only for select Deloitte clients. An average of 50-60 high performing senior technology executives make up each Academy class. Space is intentionally limited to one participant per company and small classroom sizes to enhance the learning experience and promote deep relationships among high-performing peers. Deloitte account teams work with their client’s technology leadership executive to identify a participant to attend the Academy.

Academies are usually held at Deloitte University, our premier leadership development facility located outside Dallas-Fort Worth. The Academy typically launches with a short virtual session on Zoom a few days prior to participants arriving at Deloitte University.
