Steve is the managing principal of the Indianapolis marketplace. He also serves as an advisor to the Tech Executive Programs and as the design dean for multiple technology leadership academies.
Steve, principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, has more than three decades of experience advising clients in all areas of tech strategy, guiding them on their adoption journey of the latest technological advances. In 2012, He joined Deloitte with specialized experience in the health care industry, with a focus on the improvement of the patient experience.
Dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders, He has led multiple learning and development programs for Deloitte professionals. In addition, he regularly facilitates transition labs for c-suite client executives.
In the community, he is the lead university liaison for Indiana University, collaborating to create growth opportunities for future talent and faculty in business analytics and the digital enterprise. He has dedicated more than 25 years to HOBY Indiana, the state affiliate of Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership, which is dedicated to the development of youth leaders in their local communities.
He earned his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University.
