Her efforts resulted in the development and integration of innovative service delivery models, spanning operations and technology, with a clear emphasis on optimizing the employee experience and enhancing service delivery to drive improved performance companywide.

JT Woodson is a principal in Deloitte Consulting. With more than 15 years of Workday related experience, JT has served clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing, financial services, oil and gas, life sciences, retail, telecom and tech. As Workday Lead Alliance Partner for our US Firms, JT plays a strategic leadership role in activating our alliance with Workday to help our clients identify ways to solve complex challenges. With 20 years of consulting experience prior to alliance management, JT brings a unique understanding of broad business concepts and implementation of Workday solutions to his role. JT is based in Dallas.

Courtney is especially passionate about the HCM Workday space, as well as supporting mission-driven work across DHS and ICE. She brings a strong track record of leading complex technology and organizational transformation efforts, with experience spanning business process improvement, change management, strategic planning, and growth leadership. Over the course of her career, Courtney has worn many leadership hats across Deloitte, including roles supporting Homeland Security, GPS market growth in Southern California, the State of California account, the San Diego office, and the GPS Human Capital practice. She is known for connecting people, building high-performing teams, and bringing energy and authenticity to everything she does.
