Jannine Zucker is a leader in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Human Capital practice focused on global transformations. She leads Deloitte’s Employee Experience offering, helping her clients shift the design from programs, processes, and policies to the design of experiences that delight and engage employees. Zucker works with business leaders and human resources functions to conceptualize, design, and execute major changes that can lead to a more strategic, business-driven HR function. Zucker helps companies develop and integrate HR service delivery models across the operations and technology spectrum with a focus on optimizing the employee experience and delivery of HR services to promote improved performance companywide. Zucker is based in Miami.
Matt is the Emerging ERP Solutions Finance Transformation Leader. In this role he works at the intersection of finance and technology to provide our clients solutions which leverage new and emerging digital capabilities. He currently has national and global responsibility for Deloitte’s Workday Financials practice, and previously led our Digital Finance Technology capability. He also serves on the US firm’s Finance Transformation steering committee and Deloitte Consulting’s Investment Management sector leadership team. Prior to joining Deloitte Consulting, Matt was senior vice president for Business Affairs for one of Philadelphia’s largest cultural organizations. In this capacity he was responsible for all financial, administrative, personnel and information management functions. He also previously serves as a CPA and auditor for a national public accounting firm.
