As the Chief Commercial Officer for Workday Alliance, Jannine Zucker stands at the forefront of innovation, driving transformative initiatives to redefine the future of work. Drawing on her extensive background in human capital management and global transformations, Jannine brings a unique perspective to her role. Her visionary leadership and strategic acumen enable businesses to harness the full potential of Workday's cutting-edge technologies, AI, and cloud-based solutions to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth. Previously, as a leader in Deloitte Consulting, Jannine focused on spearheading global transformations including Deloitte’s Workforce Strategy & Transformation. Collaborating closely with business leaders and HR and Finance functions, Jannine conceptualized, designed, and executed major changes to cultivate a more strategic, business-driven approaches. Her efforts resulted in the development and integration of innovative service delivery models, spanning operations and technology, with a clear emphasis on optimizing the employee experience and enhancing service delivery to drive improved performance companywide.
Rakesh Duggal
Rakesh is a leader in Deloitte’s Workday practice, having led clients and teams through large scale ERP-enabled transformations for the past 17 years. He has a broad set of experiences, from managing teams to implement Finance and Full Platform Workday implementations, to leading his clients through defining process optimization opportunities for CFO functions within the technology and media industries. Rakesh is also a leader in defining finance transformation programs that focus on AI-enablement of the CFO office. Outside of his client focus, Rakesh serves as the Deloitte Workday alliance chief technology officer, where he defines the strategy for Deloitte’s innovation on the Workday platform, eminence and practitioner enablement for Workday’s latest technology innovations.
