The Gartner® Critical Capabilities report is a companion to the Magic QuadrantTM for Cloud ERP Services, providing a deeper insight into the capability and suitability of provider’s IT products and services based on specific or customized Use Cases for cloud ERP services.

Deloitte achieved the highest score among all providers across all six evaluated Use Cases: Discovery and design, Microsoft Dynamics-based implementation and evolution, Oracle Fusion-based implementation and evolution, SAP-based implementation and evolution, Workday-based implementation and evolution, and Application Management Services.
