Kim Porter

Kim is the US Consulting Delivery Transformation Leader, where she is responsible for architecting Consulting’s reimagination of its work, workforce, and workplace to create consistent, efficient, and innovative ways of working that improve client outcomes, enhance the talent experience, and improve earnings.

Prior to this role, Kim served as Consulting’s US Consumer Industry Leader. She has spent 25 years serving clients and has extensive global experience, having implemented transformation programs in 17 countries. Her clients span the food & beverage, personal care/household goods, agriculture, and white goods segments. Kim also serves on the Board of Directors for HashedIn and Chairs Deloitte’s USI (DCIPL) Board.
