Deloitte is committed to inspiring and helping prepare youth for long-term success by bringing accounting to life on high school and college campuses across the country.

MADE Leadership Summit

An annual leadership summit at Deloitte University, bringing 1st and 2nd year undergraduate students together, along with accounting faculty, to engage with Deloitte and accounting industry leadership to learn about the accounting profession.

MADE Day

Across 30 Deloitte office locations, high school students will get a glimpse into the accounting profession and career possibilities it opens.

MADE campus roadshows

During fall and spring semesters, MADE travels to colleges and universities across the country to share the possibilities of accounting.

Board-Ready for MADE

Board-Ready for MADE creates programming that is primarily intended to address systemic, societal barriers that may be faced by Black and Hispanic/Latinx accounting or finance professionals with the interest and experience to be considered for nomination to a public company board or directorship.

The Deloitte Foundation supports the following programs that work in parallel with Deloitte’s MADE commitment.

Deloitte Foundation Accounting Scholars Program

The Deloitte Foundation program is collaborating with 25 participating colleges and universities to help diversify the CPA profession by funding scholarships for students pursuing a fifth-year master’s degree in accounting, master of tax or master of accounting with a concentration in audit, advisory or tax. Applications for the 2025-2026 academic year are open.

The Deloitte Foundation provides grants to select Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs)/ Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) for faculty and curriculum development, and other academic program needs.
