One of the many ways we make an impact in Gatwick is by making our newcomers feel extremely welcome.
The first thing you will discover when you join the Gatwick network is the strong community feel. We hold regular social events and our summer party is legendary amongst the teams here. We also support the local community, doing things like sponsored sleep outs in Crawley town centre and running career workshops for local students.
We may not all work in the same place all the time, but we get together as much as we can, for lots of different reasons. As we are a virtual working community, you will often find us based at a client site, working from home or supporting colleagues at one of our local collaboration spaces at Manor Royal, Pinnacle Station Way or Basepoint Crawley. Depending on what you are doing or who you are collaborating with, you can choose what works best for you.
In terms of what you can do here, there is plenty of variety. Aviation is a key area, as are manufacturing, retail, media, health, life sciences, financial services, and technology. Gatwick is also pretty handy for trips away too
