Jemma Ingham
Jemma leads Deloitte’s incredible Oracle offering team across North and South Europe and the Middle East. She is fully committed to her clients’ success and has a real talent for building thriving, exceptional teams. She specialises in the leadership of quality global technology-enabled transformation programmes, delivering safe routes to cloud for clients’ enterprise application, embedded AI opportunities, ESG, insight and analytics. She has lived and worked in the UK, France, Brazil, Argentina and Hong Kong to deliver insightful and practical solutions to her clients’ most complex business problems in over 75 counties and six continents. She has delivered multi-year Oracle-enabled transformational change for global clients including British Telecom, State Street and MTN across Latin America, Asia Pacific, and EMEA. She cultivates diverse teams who play to their strengths, bring their whole selves to work, and unites them around a shared purpose of excellent client service. She delivers ambitious client business strategies: rapid integration of large-scale acquisitions, breaking into emerging markets, transitioning from a federated structure to global operating models, and maximising new digital revenue opportunities through innovative multi-cloud back-office solutions. Jemma is Oracle and AWS certified and is recognised as a global subject matter expert in delivering sustainable change in Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Africa.
