Unlocking Egypt's talent potential
In October 2024 we announced the official launch of the Deloitte Innovation Hub in Cairo, marking a significant milestone in the firm's commitment to driving innovation whilst attracting and developing top-tier talent in Egypt.
This strategic investment, with a further $80 million planned over the next three years, recognises Egypt’s wealth of talent and expertise, particularly in, but not limited to, engineering, AI & data, customer, cyber, Oracle, ServiceNow and supply chain technologies.

Since its inception, the Deloitte Innovation Hub has rapidly expanded to over 600 of Egypt’s top talent, a diverse pool of both fresh graduates and seasoned experienced hires, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing and empowering local talent.
Working collaboratively with teams across Deloitte North and South Europe (NSE), the Deloitte Innovation Hub is helping to deliver sophisticated technical solutions for our clients’ most critical business challenges.
The heart of innovation

Our purpose and Shared Values are woven into the operations of the Deloitte Innovation Hub. For example, the design of the office environment prioritises inclusion and sustainability, including braille signage and a zero single-use plastics policy.
The Deloitte Innovation Hub also actively contributes to its local community. Through dedicated team volunteering initiatives, our people support local hospitals, NGOs and orphanages, alongside tree-planting efforts to support reforestation.
Looking ahead, the Deloitte Innovation Hub is focused on sustained, strategic growth, driven by continued close collaboration with Deloitte NSE. The team’s long-term vision is clear: to firmly establish Cairo as a global hub for innovation and delivery excellence, continually expanding its capabilities and maximising client impact across the region and beyond.
