Artificial intelligence (AI) isn't just a concept for us; it's a practical tool woven into our work, enabling our people to deliver deeper insights, enhance efficiency and unlock new possibilities for impact across all these areas. Crucially though, human oversight of this technology remains fundamental – which is why we continue to invest in upskilling our people to use AI effectively and responsibly.
