This award recognises standout individuals prepared to go beyond perceived limitations and strive for personal and organisational excellence. The award provides an opportunity to celebrate young executives’ roles in influencing, growing and providing strategy and direction in their organisation.
Entry criteria
- One application per organisation will be accepted
- Applications must be endorsed by the human resources leader or another senior leader, with their contact details provided for verification purposes
Eligibility criteria
- Deloitte Top 200 employer: must be employed by a company listed on the Deloitte Top 200 indices
- Strategic influence: must hold a role that actively shapes business strategy and growth
- Tenure: minimum of 18 months at the current organisation
- Age: 40 years or younger as of 1 January 2025
The independent judging panel follows a thorough process to select three finalists.
