Privacy Notice
Deloitte NZ (we) are collecting limited personal information of our invited guests and presenters, attendees and our fellow Deloitte colleagues intending to participate in the 2022 Deloitte Tax Conference. We will collect and handled your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020, and this Privacy Notice. We will collect your Title, First name, Surname, mobile phone or telephone contact details, employer, job title, email address(es), and session preferences. We may also collect some sensitive personal information where necessary (we will ask you first) i.e. any specific dietary requirements. By registering and participating in the 2022 Deloitte Tax Conference you are agreeing to the collection and authorising the sharing of your personal information for the purposes of: registering and facilitating your participation, providing you with information about the conference (this may be via email), enabling you to access important conference information and materials, letting you know about any important public health and safety requirements, and generally facilitate your participation in the conference, as well as the Conference Dinner where you are attending. Limited personal information (your name and job title) may also be shared with presenters to facilitate preparation for the conference. Where any reporting about the attendance or outcomes of the conference is undertaken more broadly within Deloitte, you will not be identifiable, all data will be de-identified, aggregated or anonymised before any further use or disclosure.
If we are not able to collect your personal information, you may not be able to fully participate in the conference, or access and receive important information about the conference. COVID-19 information
To prioritise the health of our guests and staff, you should not attend if you find yourself to be COVID-19 positive or a close contact within the 7-day isolation period that includes this event, are feeling unwell or are exhibiting cold and flu symptoms on the day. We would strongly encourage attendees to take a RAT test prior to attending. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer attend.
Face coverings and 1-metre distancing are required in the public areas of the Museum, so if you leave the confines of the Deloitte event, please be aware of this. Of course, if you would prefer to wear a mask during our event, please feel free to do so.
