I love building networks, fostering relationships, and solving problems. I’ve been consulting and delivering Oracle solutions for over 17 years, having been involved in several start-ups before landing at Deloitte. I help lead the Oracle ERP team and belong to the Hourua Pae Rau Practice, providing wide-ranging strategic transformation, financial, taxation, audit and assurance services, while balancing these with the objectives of tīkanga Māori and whakaaro Māori. The practice also helps to encourage and recruit rangatahi into technology. An avid but average golfer, I’m also a passionate junior rugby coach trying to help kids build resilience through sport. I’m a proud father of two, husband to Jana, and Wellingtonian.

I moved from South Africa to join Deloitte in 2020, adding my Oracle Cloud transformation expertise to the team. I was the first certified Oracle Cloud implementation consultant in Africa, leading delivery and solution architecture for a number of ERP Cloud implementations on a global scale. Working with clients to develop and implement innovative solutions to help achieve their technology transformation goals is something I really enjoy. The journey can be challenging, but I’ve found collaborative problem solving and a pragmatic approach sets us up for success. I’m particularly passionate about delivering large enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations in the financial services industry. In my free time, I also like to push boundaries, whether that’s triathlons, boxing or continuing the ever-learning journey of mum-hood.

I am a specialist in the set-up, mobilisation & delivery of large-scale business transformation programmes and the alignment of organisations to deliver strategic business & IT change. As an experienced Programme Director, I have mobilised and delivered large-scale business change programmes in complex environments, from early stage visioning & operating model definition to future-state business process definition, end-state organisation design and systems implementation. I have worked in business and technology consulting for 25 years, across a wide range of industries and process domains, primarily focused on ERP implementations, with multinational companies across UK, Europe, Asia & NZ. I am passionate about delivering tangible benefits, and my ability lies in untangling complexity, providing leadership and direction, aligning priorities, focusing on business value, and integrating cross-functional teams to deliver results collaboratively.
