Se publica en el DOF reforma constitucional sobre la reducción de la jornada laboral

El 3 de marzo de 2026, la Presidencia de México publicó en el Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF), el Decreto por el que se reforman las fracciones IV y XI del Apartado A del Artículo 123 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en materia de reducción de la jornada laboral.

On 3 March 2026, the President of Mexico published in the official gazette, the Executive Order amending Sections IV and XI of Paragraph A of Article 123 of the Mexican Constitution, regarding the reduction of the work hours per week.
