El 10 de febrero de 2026, el Pleno de la Cámara de Senadores del Congreso de la Unión aprobó el Dictamen a la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto que reforma y adiciona diversas disposiciones del artículo 123, Apartado A, de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos,en materia de reducción de la jornada laboral.
Senate approves constitutional amendment initiative on the reduction of the workweek
On 10 February 2026, the Plenary of the Senate of the Congress of the Union approved the constitutional amendment initiative to amend and add various provisions to Article 123, Section A, of the Mexican Constitution regarding the reduction of the workweek.
