Entre los meses de abril y mayo se debe actualizar la Constancia de Inscripción de Empleador ante el Instituto Nacional de Migración. La actualización debe ser presentada con la declaración anual de impuestos del año fiscal anterior.

Corporate Registration Certificate – Update due to the annual tax return

Between the months of April and May, the Corporate Registration Certificate must be updated before the Immigration Authorities. The update must be filed with the tax annual return of the previous fiscal year.
