Deloitte Spain GDPR subprocessor information

Article 28 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) mandates that Deloitte Spain entities must inform about their subprocessors when Deloitte acts as a data processor. The following information contains a list of subprocessors utilized in the provision of Deloitte’s products and services in Spain. Subsidiaries of Deloitte Spain and other member firms of the Deloitte Network may also be considered subprocessors when Deloitte Spain acts as a data processor.
Applicable data protection legislation requires us to inform our clients about the subprocessors we engage when we act as data processors. The following information contains the list of subprocessors used in Deloitte Spain’s products and services.
In all cases, servers and data are located within the EU and hosted in EU data centers.
Personal data exports have been duly analyzed and regulated through the signing of UE’s standard contractual clauses, including adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure information protection.
