What is the Monitor Challenge?
The Monitor Challenge is a strategy competition in which students must work in teams of 3-4 people to solve real business cases, allowing participants to gain an insight into what strategy consulting entails.
The challenge is structured in 2 national rounds:
- Round 1: Online case study
- National final: Solve an extension of the round 1 case at our offices in Madrid
Who is it for?
The Monitor Challenge is aimed at bachelor's or master's students finishing their studies in 2027 who are interested in exploring a career in strategy consulting at a leading firm like Monitor Deloitte. The competition will be conducted entirely in English, so applicants must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

The Monitor Challenge offers you a unique opportunity to develop your skills as a strategy consultant:
- You will solve real cases that will allow you to experience the day-to-day work of a strategy consulting firm
- You will work side-by-side with Monitor Deloitte professionals and present your work to strategy managers
- The best teams will receive prizes and direct support to start their career in the strategy consulting area of Monitor Deloitte
When and how to register?
- The deadline for registration is February 2ⁿᵈ, and participants must register in teams of 3-4 people. Teams that pass the initial selection will receive an invitation to participate no later than February 8ᵗʰ
- The case for the preliminary round will be provided on February 9ᵗʰ and you will have until February 15ᵗʰ to solve it and send it back
- The national final will be held at our offices in the Torre Picasso in Madrid on March 12ᵗʰ
How can you register?
Each participant must complete a form to indicate your background and your team. Additionally, you will need to register through the Deloitte HR system to provide us with your CV.
