Lucía is a Director in the Tax Operate & Transformation practice at Deloitte Legal and has extensive experience advising multinational groups.
Throughout her career, Lucía has specialised in supporting organisations in the transformation of their tax functions, including the design and review of operating models, the identification of new tax compliance approaches, and the delivery of outsourcing services to meet global compliance and reporting obligations.
She currently leads the Exchange team, overseeing all compliance processes as well as the implementation of technology solutions related to the Pillar Two Agent.
In addition, she leads the development and deployment of tax compliance technology solutions, including Pillar 2, and drives the digitalisation of clients’ tax functions, helping to enhance operational efficiency and analytical capabilities in an increasingly complex tax environment.
She has developed part of her career in international environments, with experience in London, India and the United States.
