Nation Building Advisory

Assess the current state of the Nation and help define a strategic vision, prioritize initiatives, create a road map for economic development, and develop implementation plans to operationalize agreements with corporate partners.

Assess the effectiveness of current governance structures, test and validate transformation objectives, and design and implement operating models to execute the strategic vision for effective Nation governance.

Establish standard operating procedures for back-office functions, automate/digitalize functions, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency. Implement data management solutions that help the Nation achieve data sovereignty as well as risk management systems that ensure the administrative functions support the strategic vision.

Develop a strategic plan for health care, education, and child welfare based on Nation-led solutions, build organizational capability and capacity within these systems, implement data management solutions to achieve data sovereignty, and establish or enhance digital technologies and their infrastructures.

Plan for, and assist in delivering successful major infrastructure projects, including the project management capabilities and governance plan.

Facilitate efforts to enhance relationships with Indigenous Nations to unlock mutually beneficial and agreeable commercial opportunities.

Enhance reconciliation efforts with Indigenous Peoples through economic empowerment and inclusion.
