From a candidate’s perspective, the process typically includes the following steps:
A) Preparation: Research Deloitte's values, purpose and the service area(s) you are interested in. Tailor your resume to highlight relevant skills and experiences in a clear and concise manner. Create a compelling online presence on LinkedIn, and a Deloitte candidate profile, if you haven't already done so.
B) Application submission: Submit your online application. It will then be reviewed by the relevant Talent Acquisition team member recruiting for the role. They will assess your skills and experience to determine your alignment to the key selection criteria. If a Deloitte professional has referred you to the position, please ensure they submit the referral before you apply.
C) Initial screening: In most circumstances, candidates selected to proceed in the process will be contacted by a Talent Acquisition team member within 30 business days of their application submission. In periods of high volumes, it may take longer, though we are committed to doing our very best to provide all candidates with a timely update on their application status.
D) Interview process: The first interview will generally consist of a phone screen with a member of the Talent Acquisition team. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions you might have about the position and Deloitte as a whole. In some cases, you may be asked to complete a recorded video interview. You may then be invited to complete interview(s) with Deloitte professionals aligned to the business area the role you applied for sits in. The number of interviews can vary, and can include technical, functional, and behavioral assessments.
