When faced with a stalled cloud migration project, Nzyme stepped in to guide the organization out of their deadlock. The key was creating alignment and clarity amongst the leadership. We facilitated a High Impact Session with 36 senior leaders from across the organization, diving deep into the 285 specific challenges that had been blocking their progress.
Using our unique methodology, we encouraged hyper collaboration, driving the leadership team to co-create effective solutions. By the end of the session, they had not only identified paths to overcome their barriers but had collaboratively designed an actionable plan to move forward. This plan formed the foundation for a detailed strategy, developed by a core team in line with the session’s findings.
Two months later, the strategy was presented to the board, securing full approval and marking the official start of the cloud migration project. With clear direction and unified leadership, the organization was finally able to break free of their two-year impasse and accelerate toward the cloud.
