Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Rolf became CEO of Deloitte Belgium on 1 June 2023. In 2026, he was nominated and accepted a second term, continuing his leadership of the firm.

With over two decades as a Consulting partner and former Managing Partner, Rolf has built a distinguished track record in business transformation and digital strategy. He remains the Lead Client Service Partner for Deloitte Belgium's most strategic accounts, ensuring continuity and excellence in client relationships.

As CEO, Rolf leads the Executive Committee and provides strategic leadership for the firm. He is also a member of the EMEA Executive Committee.

Together with his leadership team, Rolf drives the organisation forward, upholding its current market leadership, unwavering commitment to exceptional quality and reliability, and its crucial role as a sustainable partner for organisations navigating today's economic and societal challenges.

Rolf's aspiration and focus, in collaboration with fellow partners and the more than 5,000 talented Deloitte employees, are centered around advancing Deloitte Belgium as an impactful organisation.

Risk & Reputation Leader

Joël is Risk & Reputation Leader for Deloitte Belgium and a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee.

From 2016 to 2026 Joël has been the Managing Partner Audit & Assurance. He is a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee since 2016 and combining the Chief Risk Officer role since 2019. Joël is a member of the Belgian Institute of Chartered Accountants (Instituut van de Bedrijfsrevisoren/Institut des Réviseurs d'Entreprises).

With over 30 years of experience in Audit & Assurance services, Joël has coordinated US GAAP and IFRS audits for large corporations within the consumer business and manufacturing industries, as well as both public interest entities and private corporates. Over the years, he built extensive experience with international environments, IFRS, financial reporting and controls, operations and governance.

In his leadership role, Joël dedicates a significant portion of his time to connecting with our clients. He strongly believes in the impact we make as Deloitte and in a dream, explore, discover culture, where our people continuously develop themselves and provide distinctive client services along undisputed quality standards.

Managing Partner Deloitte Private

Manu is Managing Partner Deloitte Private for Deloitte Belgium and a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee.

Since 2016, he has led initiatives focused on Family Enterprises, Private Capital Investors, and Emerging Growth Companies. With more than 30 years of experience in holistic tax advisory, Manu has held various management roles in Talent, Clients & Industries, and as Client Partner. From 2016 to 2020, he served as Managing Partner for Private Tax & Legal.

Manu and his team are committed to making a significant impact on private enterprises, enhancing their success and contributing to the strength of the Belgian economy and society.

Managing Partner Consulting & Advisory 

Eric is Managing Partner Consulting & Advisory for Deloitte Belgium and a member of both the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee and the EMEA Consulting Executive Committee.

Prior to his current role, Eric served as Managing Partner for Clients & Industries for Belgium and North South Europe.

Over the past 24 years, Eric has led large-scale transformations for clients across diverse industries, delivering deep insights on critical business issues and building strong relationships with CFOs.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) 

Patrick is Chief Operating Officer for Deloitte Belgium and a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee. 

Partnering with the Executive Committee to strengthen the firm's market position, advance its purpose, and scale sustainable and inclusive growth, he leads the enterprise operating agenda to deliver predictable, seamless experiences for Deloitte's businesses and professionals. He oversees IT, HR, Mobility, Facilities, and Finance, integrating processes and service delivery to ensure reliability, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction.

He drives firmwide delivery transformation – leading to more standardisation and automation with technology & AI in close collaboration with Deloitte's Global Delivery network to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability into the businesses and internal operations.

Patrick is recognised for a client‑centric, no‑nonsense leadership style that aligns diverse teams around clear outcomes and builds transparent, high‑trust, inclusive environments within Deloitte and at clients. He brings deep expertise in end‑to‑end digital transformation in the customer domain, designing frictionless customer and employee journeys that improve service and productivity.

He gets his energy from making things better, challenging the status quo and finding ways to align people around exciting new business opportunities and innovations.

Managing Partner Tax & Legal

Annelies is Managing Partner Tax & Legal for Deloitte Belgium and a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee.

In this role, she seamlessly merges strategic vision with operational excellence, serving as a valued member of both the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee and the EMEA Executive Leadership.

Her main mission: to build a bright future for the Belgian Deloitte firm and the Tax & Legal Practice. This includes a people-first approach, establishing Deloitte as the destination of choice for exceptional talent. To achieve this, she cultivates an environment where growth is not merely encouraged but embedded in every interaction, enabling her teams to deliver transformative, differentiated solutions to our clients.

This solution-oriented approach is combined with a relentless focus to drive value for clients. To bring this to life, she takes on a Global Lead Tax & Legal Partner role and remains the client partner in several major files. Annelies is known to drive structural transformation in the Deloitte Tax & Legal business. Her aim is not just to be future proof but rather to lead the way in reimagining and building the future.

Since becoming Partner in 2015, Annelies established herself as a trusted architect of tax transformation. She guides multinational enterprises to reimagine how tax and legal functions operate, building a competitive advantage rather than merely fulfilling compliance obligations.

What distinguishes Annelies's approach is her unwavering commitment to partnership. She leads with authenticity and presence, remaining deeply engaged from initial strategy through final implementation.

Chief Strategy Officer

Michele is Chief Strategy Officer for Deloitte Belgium and a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee.

Michele joined Deloitte in 2008 as a Business Analyst after graduating with a degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Leuven. Her expertise spans the Telecommunications, Media & Technology industry, with a focus on organic and inorganic growth. Throughout her career, she has guided organisations through their most complex challenges in an ever-changing world—from defining market positioning to designing optimal configurations across people, processes, and technology.

She is a partner in the Strategy and Transactions portfolio within the Advisory business unit.

Chief Financial Officer

Ine is Chief Financial Officer for Deloitte Belgium and a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee.

With more than 25 years of experience as an auditor, Ine served as Audit & Assurance partner since June 1, 2016. She has extensive experience in leading and coordinating audits of large listed and private companies. Over the years, Ine has continued to build on her already extensive experience with international environments, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), financial reporting and controls and governance.

During her tenure in Audit & Assurance, she was responsible for Transformation, Technology and Innovation.

Managing Partner People & Purpose

Pieter is Managing Partner for People & Purpose at Deloitte Belgium and a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee.

He continues to serve as the Indirect Tax and Tax Technology Consulting Leader for the Belgian practice.

As a VAT Partner, Pieter brings extensive expertise in VAT matters in both local and international contexts. He is committed to delivering practical, innovative solutions to clients across a wide range of topics (advisory, compliance, operate) and industries including family-owned businesses, logistics & trading, life sciences, and healthcare.

Pieter's previous leadership roles include Tax & Legal Strategy and Growth Leader, as well as NSE E-invoicing Lead, reflecting his broad client & market experience and strategic oversight.

Managing Partner Growth

Nathalie is Managing Partner Growth for Deloitte Belgium and a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee.

In this role, Nathalie leads the clients and markets activities, including industry and sector management, account management, CXO platforms and eminence initiatives, and strategic growth areas.

For over 25 years, Nathalie has been providing Human Capital related services to mainly public sector clients. Nathalie has led the Human Capital department in the Belgian Consulting practice for many years and previously also served as Deloitte North South Europe Human Capital Leader. Nathalie advised clients on strategic matters at several levels of government (European, Federal, Regional, local sector), as well as several companies in the services market. Next to that she has taken on roles in the governance of Deloitte, being a member of the Belgian governance & supervisory structure for many years, as well as being a Board member of the Deloitte North South Europe Board.

Nathalie is specialised in organisation, workforce, and HR transformations. She focuses on strategic advice to senior management teams, leadership development, organisation design and development, the human angle of AI, workforce planning and transition plans, competency management, skills of the future, learning & development, post-merger integration, culture transformation, change management, communication management, knowledge management, HR transformation and talent management. 

Managing Partner Audit & Assurance

Ben is Managing Partner Audit & Assurance at.Deloitte Belgium and a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee.

A seasoned auditor at Deloitte Belgium since 2003, Ben initially specialized in real estate and family-owned businesses, as well as complex international groups with Belgian headquarters. Over his career, his expertise has evolved significantly and, as an FSMA accredited auditor, he now brings extensive experience across audit supervision, controls, structuring, and reporting in diverse sectors and environments.

Beyond his core audit expertise (of skills), Ben brings extensive expertise across high-stakes transactions, including acquisitions, IPO preparations and public refinancing initiatives. He also gained substantial experience in public and private offerings of bonds and capital.

In his leadership role, Ben is dedicated to driving impact by integrating advanced technologies such as AI and data analytics to enhance audit quality, strengthen risk detection, and deliver deeper insights to stakeholders. By upskilling teams and reinforcing trust through transparency and rigor, he will position the audit function as a strategic advisor in an increasingly complex financial landscape.
