Our Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board has a governance and oversight role. Its main responsibilities include ensuring fair and equal treatment of partners through oversight of partner admissions and performance management, as well as overseeing leadership succession and elections.
About the Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board is Deloitte Belgium's principal governance and oversight body, chaired by the Chair of the Board and comprising 10 members. It is intentionally structured to reflect the partnership's diversity across business areas, partner tenure, regions, languages, and gender. The Board is committed to ensuring that at least one-third of its members are of a different gender than the others. A combination of elected members and guests ensures broad representation across the partnership's constituencies.
