As a vacationer with us, you’ll get a genuine taste of what an exciting career at Deloitte can look like. You’ll work on real client projects, build your network across teams and be supported by your coach and buddy as you learn, grow and find your feet.

And the best part? It doesn’t stop there. Your summer internship is designed as a pathway into our Graduate Program, giving you the opportunity to continue building a career you couldn’t create anywhere else once you finish your studies.

About the program

Our full-time, 4- to 8-week paid internship, in person at our national offices, will give you the opportunity to work with our industry experts on high-impact, purpose-led projects. If you're due to complete your studies by mid-to-end 2027 and are excited to explore first-hand what it's like to work at Deloitte, look no further!

We offer diverse roles and career paths across our business units, with each area hiring a broad range of skills and experiences. Don’t be surprised if you find tech people working in Tax, engineers in Audit, or your IT skills perfectly fitting into our strategy practice. At Deloitte, your skills and interests can take you pretty much anywhere.

When does the program start?

Depending on the business area you apply for, your internship program may commence in November or January.

What will I get to do?

You can expect exposure to real client projects, multiple networking opportunities and relevant training and feedback throughout the program.
