What will I get to do?

As one of our Grads, expect significant client exposure, hands-on projects and multiple networking opportunities. You'll get relevant professional training and feedback from your coach and guide throughout your program, with the chance to learn from and work with industry professionals across the firm.

When does the program start?

Depending on the business area you apply for, our Graduate Program may commence in March 2025.

You're eligible for the Graduate Program if you are currently in your final year of study or have completed your university studies up to 24 months prior.

As an International Student, if you are in this category, you must also meet the following criteria to be eligible:

• You must currently reside lawfully in Australia
• You are currently studying for a relevant degree
• You will have completed an approved English Language test and prove that you have reached 'Proficient English' as set by the Department of Home Affairs. If you hold a passport from the UK, USA, Canada or the Republic of Ireland, you are not required to provide evidence of English Language Proficiency (which is in line with immigration requirements).

We accept applications from students who do not yet hold Australian permanent residence into some positions within the following areas to augment our talent pools, predominately in Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart & Perth:

• Accounting: Vacationers & Graduates    
• Technology: Vacationers & Graduates

Please note that for Canberra, we require Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency to be considered.
