Sustainability & Emerging Assurance (SEA)

  • Sustainability & Climate

Our highly diverse and multidisciplinary team combines deep subject matter expertise, strategic thinking, data, and technology to meet the equally diverse and rapidly evolving needs of our clients. Our experience and expertise span Sustainability and ESG Strategy, Impact Measurement, Climate Risk, and Reporting across a range of local and global standards and frameworks, supporting complex and diverse reporting and advisory client engagements.

Degrees:  Environmental Science, Climate & Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Biodiversity and/or Accounting, Finance. 


Controls Assurance (CIA)

  • Controls - Business Risk

Working across a broad range of clients and industries, including some of Australia’s largest and most complex organisations, our teams deploy their risk, internal controls, and culture expertise to strengthen our clients' control frameworks through pragmatic, risk-based solutions.  Our services include controls transformation, internal audit, risk culture, third-party assurance, and risk management solutions.

  • Controls - Technology Risk

Operating as part of a global team, we are a leader in the Australian market, focused on helping our clients manage their technology risks through the delivery of technology assurance, IT internal audit and technology controls advisory projects.   We are committed to helping our clients strengthen their IT governance, technology risk, and IT controls, which are critical to protecting brand and stakeholder value.  
 
Degrees:  IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems in combination with Accounting/Finance.


Accounting & Reporting Advisory (ARA)

In ARA,  we are focused on supporting finance departments across all industries by leveraging deep expertise in accounting, finance, and audit. We tailor our approach to each client and geography, with a focus on three core areas: enhancing finance team efficiency through process optimisation and technology implementation; providing critical guidance during complex events such as mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and implementation of new accounting standards; and delivering value-driven insights to meet financial, statutory, management, and regulatory reporting requirements.  

We are trusted advisors to some of the largest Australian and global companies, key Federal and State government bodies, and not-for-profit entities.

Focusing on delivering optimal business performance design, process, and governance; data-enabled and collaborative delivery of complex asset programs; high-performance business outcomes; asset-centred operations to deliver more value from assets; and equally as important – a focus on people, culture and safety to bring it all together.

Infrastructure
We partner with public, private, and capital investment clients on infrastructure projects. We advise clients on incentivising public infrastructure investment, attracting private-sector participation, navigating infrastructure investment shortfalls, and shaping, managing, and maintaining construction projects to deliver transformative solutions. We also assess the feasibility and delivery strategy for new assets, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

  • Strategy & Commercial Advisory - Shaping, optimising and managing business cases and strategy and providing integrated project and development solutions for our clients.
  • Real Estate Advisory - Structuring your project for maximum value and success.

  • Capital & Program Advisory

We provide clients with end-to-end support from program design through to delivery and long-term operational performance. We design and optimise programs for transformation and delivery by integrating strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the latest AI-powered tools and digital solutions.

Degrees:  Finance, Engineering, Sciences, Commerce, Business, International Relations or Government Policy.

  • Project Advisory & Delivery

Assisting with the delivery of complex programs by helping track progress, coordinating activities, managing risks, and supporting project teams to stay on schedule.
