We successfully maintained our Level 1 B-BBEE scorecard rating in 2024 for the seventh consecutive year. We achieved the highest overall score among Big Four firms with 109.46 points (2023: 106.31 points).

Partner pay gap

The partner pay gap is based on the average remuneration per partner and indicates the percentage difference in remuneration across demographic groupings for each grade. 

Improvements were made to pay gaps in 2024, but further improvements are required, and this will continue to be a focus area for the firm.
