Our team designed a fully automated and scalable cloud-ready, platform-agnostic framework covering more than 10 Kubernetes/operator-based managed service solutions. Due to continued regulatory pressures, a client needed to demonstrate the ability to secure and manage user data regionally while developing and maintaining a platform separate from nonregional instances. The company wanted to use existing platforms and technologies as the foundation for new platforms.

Our team ramped up 100 US engineers to develop a future instance of the platform, separate from other markets, that meets regulatory and compliance requirements. The US-based platform will serve as the basis for other potential future platforms as the client expands:

The company embarked on a journey to enhance end-user support and reduce subpar experience due to a lack of communication channels, lack of collaboration with client teams, and nondefined support service level agreements (SLAs). Deloitte helped transform the support model to enhance client acquisition, retention, and experience.

Solution:

Deloitte onboarded and trained teams on client products and became fully operational within three months. We imagined and implemented a support model with the right set of SLAs, focused on response times and issue resolution for end clients.
