Previously, she served as both Deloitte’s US and Global Human Capital as a Service Leader, building Deloitte’s hybrid and tech-enabled businesses. Simona has also led service delivery optimization, including information technology transformations, shared service delivery, and program management. She has a passion for building authentic, inclusive, and high-performing teams and is known for empowering the people around her to find their voice and path forward.
