Scott is a managing director in Deloitte Consulting LLP's Customer and Marketing sector of Government and Public Services practice. He specializes in Health and Human Services Transformation including Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E), Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES), Long Term Services & Support, Child Welfare and Public Health.
