Heiko is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP's Compensation Strategies practice. He has more than18 years of global M&A experience across all stages of the transaction lifecycle. Heiko has deep experience in due diligence, project management for day one planning, post-merger integration, carve-outs, and IPOs as well as providing functional area support in human capital. Heiko provides a broad spectrum of M&A organization design, talent, talent retention, change management, and total compensation services to his clients, including post-merger functional integration planning and execution, HR program calibration and integration, and talent acquisition. He has effectively managed large-scale domestic and global M&A engagements. Heiko focuses on the life sciences industry, including both pharmaceutical and medical technologies, representing both strategic and private equity buyers.
