Divya Nidhi

Divya is a managing director with Deloitte’s Government and Public Services (GPS) practice and serves as the GPS Operate Delivery Standardization leader. He also leads Delivery Innovation and Delivery Transformation for the GPS Customer & Marketing portfolio.

Divya has over 26 years of experience working with state health and human services agencies to build, renew, and operate their IT systems to better serve their clients. He is a proven leader in Deloitte’s Human Services Transformation practice and has assisted several state governments implement and operate Eligibility & case management systems, Customer self-service portals, and Long-term services & support systems. He has successfully led many large and complex IT engagements including custom development and integration, digital transformation, and driving operational efficiencies and cost optimization for government clients.

In his delivery standardization role, he works closely with all GPS sectors and offering portfolios and Deloitte’s Delivery Excellence organization to identify best practices and drive development and implementation of delivery standards and tools across the GPS practice.

Divya holds a bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Kanpur University in India. He lives in Madison, Wisconsin with his wife and two children.
