As an Investment Banking Associate or Analyst, you will play a central role in each transaction and stage in the process, including pitch and marketing preparation, deal marketing, due diligence and closing.

The Analyst position is a distinct opportunity for bright, ambitious students who desire an intensive experience in investment banking prior to pursuing a variety of career paths, including private equity and graduate school.

As an Analyst, you will have an immediate opportunity to add significant value to client teams. You will work side-by-side with experienced and execution-focused investment bankers, preparing pitchbooks to win assignments and making recommendations that align with business objectives. You will also construct financial analyses to help clients assess growth strategies, capital structure decisions, and transaction alternatives, as well as help businesses evaluate their worth in the marketplace.

The role includes regular interaction with company executives and professional investors and working alongside a team identifying potential concerns or opportunities. You can expect to participate in pitches for new business, due diligence meetings with clients, and negotiations with strategic and private equity buyers.

What we look for:

  • Analysts must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • They should also have an outstanding academic record, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Upon commencement of employment, analysts will need to have obtained all required FINRA licenses within sixty (60) days.

Degrees: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics or related field

As an Associate, you will be the quarterback of the transaction, managing the process with senior bankers and leading teams of analysts through models and analytics to create marketing and diligence documents. You will also contribute to negotiation strategy and advise clients on business issues in definitive agreements.

The role includes regular interaction with company executives and professional investors and working alongside a team identifying potential concerns or opportunities. You can expect to participate in pitches for new business, due diligence meetings with clients, and negotiations with strategic and private equity buyers.

What we look for:

  • Associates must have previous investment banking or M&A execution experience and an MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in performing financial modeling and analysis is required.
  • Upon commencement of employment, associates will need to have obtained all required FINRA licenses within sixty (60) days.

Degrees: MBA in Finance, Accounting and/or Economics or related field
