Dounia serves as the US Chief Commercial Officer at Deloitte. In this role, she leads Growth Platforms, which includes US Ecosystems & Alliances and Technology Relationships, to drive growth by providing clients unparalleled services on the world’s leading technologies. She connects business strategists, technologists, designers, engineers, creatives, storytellers, and architects who shape strategy, spark progress, unlock insights, build value, elevate experiences, create client solutions, and enhance operations. Dounia is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP and believes that bringing virtually unparalleled experience, earning trust, and aiming to exceed expectations are the three hallmarks of maximizing each client’s return on investment. Dounia guides her teams with partnership and positivity, and regularly speaks at forums on sales, marketing, and customer transformation. Previously, Dounia served as Deloitte Digital’s US Chief Commercial Officer as well as led its Digital Customer offering, where she helped organizations drive new growth, define their ambitions, design customer and employee experiences, and activate new business models through the application of digital technology. Dounia is passionate about talent development and takes advantage of every opportunity to encourage and support the professional growth of her colleagues and team. Kevin is based in Columbus, Ohio, with more than 23 years of experience in providing audit and related services for some of Deloitte and Touche LLP's largest and most complex global clients in the consumer and industrial products, retail and distribution, private equity, and technology and media industries. Kevin is the lead client service partner (LCSP) for a consumer products company. He previously was LCSP and signing partner for a global manufacturing company and two global consumer products companies. Kevin is a licensed CPA in Ohio.

As a principal with Deloitte Tax LLP, Stephen is the global service line leader for Tax Management Consulting. For more than 25 years, he has created tax technology solutions and designed, configured, and implemented various integration projects for global organizations. He has a unique depth of experience utilizing internal and external tax software to advance automated solution implementation, tax data retention, data analytics, and tax document management. Stephen speaks regularly regarding best practices in the area of tax automation and process improvement. He is leading efforts to help our clients in the effort to make tax digital. He also serves as the national managing principal responsible for Deloitte Tax LLP’s Inclusion Recruiting and Eminence.
