Throughout my career, I have embraced the uncomfortable, recognizing it as a catalyst for innovation, and meaningful change for our clients and Deloitte.
As I reflect on my 18-year career at Deloitte, I am proud of the broad array of experiences I have had across Deloitte US, alongside incredible colleagues and clients. My many roles span from being one of the founding members of Consulting’s Talent Acquisition Practice, to being a driver in our Sustainability, Climate and Equity practice to shaping and establishing our Equity practice. That’s the beauty of Deloitte - here’s no limit to the experiences you can have or the impact you can make here.
There have been many highlights in my career. Some of my proudest moments include establishing the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer (CDEIO) Program and Forum. These initiatives are designed to provide CDEIOs an environment for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and support, serving as a catalyst to achieve organizational DEI objectives. I was also selected to serve on Deloitte’s Black Action Council, created to thoughtfully architect, execute, and accelerate our transformational strategy to help Black professionals at Deloitte and sustain an anti-racist culture for our people and organization.
In my roles as our Green Dot & Consulting Equity Client Services leader, I'm committed to leveraging my experience, knowledge, and dedication to continue for our clients, while continuing to champion equity and challenge the cultural norms within Deloitte and our clients across the globe. I want everyone to have a little less identity-based pain and feel safer in their workplaces. Every day I get to help make the world a little better for people at work.
I’m thrilled to say that my work is closely aligned with my passions, and grateful to be doing it all at a place like Deloitte.
