Vera Kiefer is a research and data collection analyst with the US Department of Health and Human Services, Office on Trafficking in Persons where she is responsible for leveraging data to develop strategies, policies, and programs that improve the health and human service capacity to prevent and respond to human trafficking, increase victim identification and service provision, and strengthen the health and well-being of survivors. Kiefer holds an MPA with a public-private partnerships focus and a BA in Criminal Justice from The George Washington University, where she graduated summa cum laude with departmental honors.
