Marshall Billingslea

Marshall is a Deloitte Advisory managing director of Business Intelligence Services (BIS) practice within Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP. He is an experienced client advisor on domestic and international security and intelligence matters. His BIS practice provides investigative, due diligence, and risk mitigation services for Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies. Marshall serves as an advisor to multiple corporate boards and government security committees in the aerospace and defense, telecommunications, transportation, and technology sectors. He has served more than 14 years as a senior official within the US Government, both with the Legislative and the Executive branches. Previous positions include the deputy under secretary of the Navy, assistant secretary general of NATO, and acting assistant secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low-Intensity Conflict.
