Lilian is a senior consultant in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Federal practice. She is interested in helping public, private, and non-profit organizations engage in innovation and partnerships to achieve their missions. Prior to joining Deloitte, she worked in strategic communications and human rights in East and Southeast Asia.
