Katie Sherwin

Katie is a strategy leader in Deloitte’s Higher Education Practice, focused on the assessment, strategy development, and transformation of operating models, from governance, staffing and enterprise architecture through infrastructure, applications and security. Katie has 18+ years of experience helping public sector organizations across the US further their transformation journeys, including numerous institutions and systems of higher education. Katie specializes in developing executable strategy and implementing transformation programs built upon data-driven assessment, leading practice-aligned future state visioning, and deliberate stakeholder engagement. Through particular attention to change management, strategic communications, and program governance, these efforts result in improved efficiency of operations, more effective service delivery to students, faculty and staff, and an enhanced ability to innovate, allowing better enablement of the institutional mission.
