Julie is the Global Offerings Operations Leader, working with Heather Stockton and the Global Offering Portfolio leaders in the development and delivery of the global Offerings strategy. She is responsible for driving cross-offering priorities, and collaboration between Offering Portfolios, Assets, GDN and Analyst Relations. Julie was the COS for Global Human Capital from 2011 to May 2019, and was the program manager for the Global HC trends program. Before moving into operations, Julie had 15 years’ experience supporting HR organizations in becoming more business focused. She was a senior lead in the HRT practice at Deloitte Canada, and also worked at Watson Wyatt, KPMG and a boutique consulting firm. A Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Julie brings a pragmatic approach to solving problems and achieving results. Julie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and an MBA from Nijenrode University, the Netherlands Business School.
