Julian Sanders, Ed.D., is a research lead in Deloitte’s DEI Institute with more than 9 years of multi-industry experience in education, public policy, program management, and research. In his current role, he manages and activates DEI research for large audiences, significantly contributing to the Institute's thought leadership. Before joining the DEI Institute, Julian delivered breakthrough lab experiences at the Deloitte Greenhouse—a set of physical spaces that utilize a tested set of principles combining behavioral science, analytics, technology, and facilitation to break through traditional methods of problem-solving. He holds a Doctor of Education degree, with research focusing on the intersection of racial and gender equity and their connection to workforce readiness in higher education.
