Jon is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Federal Strategy & Operations practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in government consulting, supporting client executives focused on issues related to enterprise strategy, operational efficiency, and increasing the “tooth-to-tail” ratio—a key to readiness and modernization. Clients look to Jon to provide expertise on strategic simulation, talent innovation, cost analysis, and to present industry best practices affecting program success.
Jon currently serves as the federal practice leader of Deloitte’s crowdsourcing offering, Deloitte Pixel™. In this role, Jon brings together distributed talent pools to address client issues that require a broader set of expertise or capacity.
