Catherine, a Senior Manager at Deloitte, is responsible for Customer Success for Deloitte's BenefitsIQ product which delivers Benefits Administration capabilities to government clients. Catherine has over a decade of experience in the technology implementation, modernization and Human Resources fields. Catherine is known for her deep experience in large scale transformations and organizational effectiveness, helping organizations transform and grow and creating value for their stakeholders and society. Catherine is a Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and Agile Certified ScrumMaster (CSM),  and holds a master’s degree in Business Management. Throughout her career, she has supported federal, state  and private sector clients in tackling their toughest challenges.
