Brett is a managing director at Deloitte, and the Experience Director for Deloitte’s Chief Executive Program as well a leader in the Deloitte Greenhouse. She works to bring executives together using experiential design and strategic approaches in a consciously designed and facilitated environment that helps clients address tough challenges. Brett brings an expertise in translating conversation into action, strategic problem solving, and strong communications skills to the Lab environment.
Brett started her career as a consultant with Deloitte–specifically focusing on strategy development and process improvement in the retail industry.
Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis and a MBA from Columbia University.
