Aspen Bergmann is a dedicated nonprofit leader with experience in advancing mission-driven initiatives for military families. Currently serving as the Strategic Impact lead at the National Military Family Association (NMFA), she is responsible for guiding long-term planning, expanding partnerships, and enhancing advocacy efforts. Her expertise includes evaluating program effectiveness, and leading data-driven insights that address the needs of service members, veterans, and their families. Previously, Bergmann held roles within NMFA as Research & Insights manager and program analyst, where she led impactful research and co-authored key reports on military family dynamics. Her work has been recognized in the White House’s Joining Forces report, showcasing her influence on national discussions around military family well-being.
