Alison Hagan

Alison Hagan is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Life Science and Health Care practice. She has over 20 years of experience consulting to health care organizations including national health plans, integrated delivery systems, and multiregional hospital systems. Her focus areas are corporate and business-unit strategy, market strategy, project measurement and reporting, and business case development for transformative client initiatives. Prior to Deloitte, she spent three years with The Lewin Group. She has an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is based in San Francisco.
