Deloitte’s Courageous Principals training programs are award-winning, global school leadership development programs that equip K-12 leaders, superintendents, principals, and assistant principals, with the necessary skills to become more effective school leaders and ensure the millions of students in our schools today can reach their full potential.

Since 2013, Deloitte’s Courageous Principals training program has been delivered to thousands of school leaders, impacting over two million students globally.

Courageous Principals training program details

The Courageous Principals training programs deliver an immersive and dynamic curriculum to offer K-12 school leaders 2.5 day learning programs offering:

  • Accomplished facilitators experienced in leadership and influence techniques
  • Experiential and problem-based learning leveraging real-life principal challenges
  • Expanded professional networks and team-based learning to share ideas and work together to develop collaborative strategies.

Courageous Principals 1 & 2 Program Details

COURAGEOUS PRINCIPALS 1
Participants of Courageous Principals 1 program are immersed in a series of learning experiences focused on building strong relationships, communication, and enabling successful change of K-12 school leaders.

COURSE AUDIENCE
The target audience for this session is principals and assistant principals of K-12 schools. Teachers are not permitted.

COURAGEOUS PRINCIPALS 2
This next-level leadership program offers past participants the opportunity to continue to build on their learnings from the foundational program. Courageous Principals 1 participants must put learning into practice for 1 year to be eligible to attend the Courageous Principals 2 program. This program builds on the Courageous Principals 1 curriculum by diving deeper into shaping culture, enabling change and followership, and building resilience.

COURSE AUDIENCE
The target audience for this session is principals and assistant principals of K-12 schools who have completed the Courageous Principals 1 program no less than 1 year prior to Courageous Principals 2.

SUPERCOURAGEOUS
Participants of the SuperCourageous program are immersed in a series of learning experiences focused on building strong relationships, communicating courageously, and enabling successful change of K-12 superintendents.

COURSE AUDIENCE
The target audience for this session is superintendents or those fulling similar responsibilities in a K-12 school community.
